arena terms

by entering the arena you acknowledge each of the following.

1. you are 18 years of age or older.
2. the arena transmits live audio and video of you to a randomly-matched stranger over a peer-to-peer connection.
3. the other person can see and hear you. they may record their own screen. ochopple has no ability to control what they do with the stream on their device.
4. you will not transmit nudity, illegal content, threats, or content involving minors. you are responsible for what you show and say.
5. there is no human moderation. the only in-match tool is the skip button. ochopple is not liable for the conduct of other participants.
6. you consent to the live audio and video being relayed peer-to-peer or via TURN servers to your opponent. the server brokers the connection but does not record the stream.

the server stores: matchmaking metadata (your id, your opponent's id, the moment you were paired) and final scores. it does not store audio or video.

if you do not accept these terms, do not enter the arena.
